Erin Mills is a Mississauga community with strong highway access via the 403 and 401 corridor and access to the Erin Mills Town Centre. The Oakville GO station is reachable, and the Hurontario LRT stops nearby. For Mississauga-based workers, Erin Mills is more central.
Schools
Credit Valley falls under the Peel District School Board and Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Erin Mills falls under the same boards, since both communities are in Peel Region. School quality is broadly comparable, as both fall under the same school board umbrella.
Lifestyle and Amenities
Erin Mills has Erin Mills Town Centre โ a major regional mall โ as an anchor, plus a mature park system, the Creditview Wetlands, and a well-established suburban lifestyle. The community has a polished, Mississauga character.
Credit Valley has the Credit River greenway, parks, trails, and access to commercial amenities along Chinguacousy and Bovaird. It feels slightly less urban than Erin Mills, with a newer, more spacious community layout.
